Conveyancer
Marisa joined the Nanaimo office in fall of 2023 as a conveyancer. Marisa is adept at addressing strata conveyancing, as well as strata collections.
Marisa believes in great customer service, going that extra mile, providing a full professional service to all.
Mary Milner
Legal Assistant
Mary Milner joined the Nanaimo office in August of 2004. Mary provides invaluable support in the areas of strata litigation and general litigation, bylaw preparation, personal injury and wills & estates.
Mary is also the office manager for the Nanaimo office of Wilson McCormack Law Group.
Cassandra Cooper
Legal Assistant
Cassandra Cooper joined our Nanaimo office in the Fall of 2014 and quickly became an invaluable member of our team. Cassandra provides support in the areas of collections, strata and general litigation, bylaw preparation, and corporate.
Cassandra is the cheerful voice of Wilson McCormack Law Group.
Loushawna Haselhan
Legal Assistant
Loushawna joined the Wilson McCormack Law Group in the fall of 2023. She works closely with Ms. McCormack and Ms. Sheard on all files and manages the collections files.
Loushawna works out of the Wilson McCormack Law Group office in New Westminster.
Simon Patterson
Office Manager, New Westminster
Simon Patterson has been working on the business side of law offices since 2001. He is the office manager and bookkeeper for the New Westminster office.
Cindy Bartlett
Brilliant Business Solutions Inc.
Cindy Bartlett joined the Nanamio office in January 2004 as a full-time legal assistant and bookkeeper. Cindy founded Brilliant Business Solutions Inc. in 2009 and continues to provide bookkeeping services to the Nanaimo office.

Lesley joined the Nanaimo office in February 2014, bringing a wealth of experience in Real Estate as a conveyancer and as a former Licensed Real Estate Agent. With Lesley’s years of education, experience, knowledge, and with her insight into the world of real estate, no conveyance is too complicated. Lesley is adept at addressing strata conveyancing, as well as strata collections.

Vivian Panago has worked with Ms. McCormack for all of her legal assistant career. She works closely with Ms. McCormack on many matters and diligently manages the collections files.
